Mr. Jordan has lived in Myrtle Beach since 1992 and grew up in Marion, SC. Truly a native to South Carolina and the Grand Strand. He has lived in Carolina Forest since 2004. He served in the Navy during the first Gulf War and has been a local business owner in the Myrtle Beach since 2004.
In 2008, while employed with Rowe Professional Services Company he worked as the lead site project manager and coordinator during the construction of the Palmetto Adventure Land (PAL) playground in Carolina Forest. During the project he organized local volunteers that were integral in the completion of the community-built playground as well as worked with subcontractors.
Mr. Jordan started a service disabled veteran owned architecture and engineering firm called Accord Architects and Engineers where he served as the Chief Executive Officer. He also started a non-profit organization, Veterans Housing Development Corporation. This non-profit was started based on the need of homeless veterans. The idea is to take ordinary shipping containers and turn them into homes for homeless veterans.
Currently, Mr. Jordan is a licensed realtor and specializes in the Carolina Forest community. His married to Theresa Jordan and they have a son Noah.
