Born in Philadelphia and raised in South Jersey, relocated to Carolina Forest/Clear Pond in Oct
of 2019, and never looked back. Less than 30 days in Myrtle Beach I was involved in the
Activity Committee in Clear Pond and a few years later served on the Advisory Board. Most
recently I was elected to the Board in Clear Pond as we transition from Developer to Homeowner
Control.
In my professional career I have had the privilege to work for some great companies like GE
Capital and GMAC Mortgage holding positions of Vice President of Operations. In my career I
was primarily focused on compliance, budget and profitability. Today I am fortunate to work
from home still in the Mortgage Banking business.
I was introduced to the CFCA about 2 years ago and respected the goal of this group to get
valuable information to all residents of Carolina Forest. Month after month I am disappointed in
the attendance vs the Facebook complaints, we all see. I hope to work with this team and all the
board of directors in Carolina Forest to get the information to all residents, maybe via streaming
the meetings, newsletters etc. Information is invaluable, it can eliminate some unnecessary stress
at times.
