“ To represent the residents, businesses, and the organizations of the greater Carolina Forest community. The objective of this organization shall be to unite the influence and endeavors of the Carolina Forest community by promoting, through purposeful and constructive cooperation, activities to make Carolina Forest a better community in which to prosper.
